As we finish out the last few weeks of 2020 I know allot of us are celebrating its end. It's easy to look at 2020 as a year of bad.......
I would challenge you to consider it as different not bad.
If you were to write a list of all the good, great, lovely and fantastic from 2020 I bet it's a pretty amazing one. I am not saying that you can't be upset about the struggles and challenges that 2020 gave us. But I can tell you that YOU are the only thing between it being remembered as the worst year ever or one of the best.
Your also the one who can declare that going into 2021 will also have challenges but you are ready to face them head on- be creative, inventive, grateful, full of grace and compassion and to focus on the good.
Be prepared by creating a schedule; start an advent of daily projects that can go forward each month (something you can do each day that makes you smile/laugh feel joy), put movement on it, outdoor time (or at least some light therapy), put some big plans on it (maybe you can't travel but you have always wanted to snowshoe). It's ok if it doesn't all pan out just set some activities so that your list for 2021 is already set as amazing.
