Mt Hood Photography offers a unique boudoir photography experience that focuses on body positivity and self-love. Our retreats are centered around creating a safe and comfortable space for people to explore their body image and express themselves in a powerful and meaningful way. Come learn more and join us on this journey of self-discovery and acceptance!
The mission of the Body Image Bootcamp -
Is to change women's relationship with their bodies so that upcoming generations of children can focus their energy on changing the world instead of their bodies.
Weekend Retreat (Body Image Bootcamp)
Exclusive weekend in central Oregon- October 11-14 2024
The retreat starts on Friday evening with a Meet & Greet cocktail party and introductions.
We will explore your Boudoir photo shoot ideas and schedule your hair & make up and body treatment (all optional to your comfort level)
Saturday and Sunday participants will join in break outs of learning, writing, artwork journaling, meditation (alone time), Boudoir Shoots and massages. This retreat is limited to 6 participants.

Local Retreat Day! (Body Image Workshop)
Local (Sandy OR) one day retreat Saturday June 15th 2024 from 10-3
Central OR (Sisters) one day retreat Saturday June 1st 10-3
The workshop is a full day workshop that will be held at the studio: we will be outside at times, park setting, water games, sunshine and laughter.
Participants will be presented with live commentary, join in break outs of learning, writing, artwork journaling and be encouraged to have some fun and adventure! Promise it will be a great day!

We are going to take a weekend to gain clarity, guidance and peace... Everyone has a story to tell... You are NOT alone... Life has a way of taking its toll for many reasons and even positive transformations can cause anxiety and show up as a variation of grief.
We are going to explore as a group and individually the authenticity that surrounds our own unique gifts to lead us to more joy and fulfillment in our work, relationships and with ourselves.
Each participant will have a full-on location Boudoir shoot. The luxury experience will help you to “see” yourself as brave, daring, sensual and uniquely amazingly Beautiful!

Space is limited to 5 participants as each women will have their own bedroom in our spacious accommodations.
